Spring is near!

The ice is finally melted away and we are thrilled to be back outside! Spring is almost here! If you drive by the pond next to the high school, be sure to keep an eye out for the 2 ducks that have moved in!

With the weather on Monday and a ½ day on Tuesday our week started off slow. But on Wednesday things were back in full gear! We created a leprechaun and practiced our addition with his gold. We also created mini leprechauns to display on a bulletin board. We continued reading many stories from Dr. Seuss. And on Thursday, we created our own Seuss like creatures and had Mr. Miller read, “Fox in Sox” to us. We ended the week with our new rainbow word, “look”.
This coming week we will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day and set up our Leprechaun traps in hopes of catching the famous Timony School Leprechaun. On Wednesday, we will be off to Lowell to see Seussical!
